Essential oils are another bonus for a perfect massage experience. Not everyone likes smells. When I was pregnant I couldn't stand any smell. Some people are too sensitive to smells and get migraines or have an allergic reactions. But if you are not sensitive and don't have any contraindications to essential oils, ask me to add aromatherapy to your massage treatment for free. In aromatherapy massage, essential oils are added to the massage oil and applied topically or diffused in the air. During the massage, healing essential oil molecules pass right through the blood/brain barrier, having profound effects on the mind and body.

Essential oils for de-stressing: rose oil, frankincense oil, lavender oil, bergamot oil, marjoram oil, ylang-ylang oil, lemon oil, clary sage oil, geranium oil, orange oil, sandalwood oil, chamomile oil, vetiver oil.
